Dennis Joseph Anderson Sr. Passed away peacefully after fighting cancer. He died at the Bennion Veterans home in Payson, Utah on Monday, April 26th, 2021

He was born on October 22nd, in Dayton Ohio to parents Phyllis and William Anderson.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marylou Flery, his parents, and his daughter Rebecca.

He is survived by his daughter Leanne, son Dennis (Jenny), and 6 grandchildren; Christian, Alex, Olivia, Madalynn, David, Melody and great grandson Saul.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday May 1st, 2021 at 12 noon at:

Outback Steakhouse was your favorite place,
And we always loved to stuff our face.
You delighted to take your family out to eat,
And always made it your special treat.
We'll think of you each time we're there
To God above we'll send our prayer.

You showed your kids what hard work can do
To your family you were always true.
You made it to every baseball game
And loved all of your 3 kids the same.
Your 6 grandchildren love you a bunch
And will all miss you so very much.
You never met your great-grandson Saul,
But he would have loved you best of all.

You are with your loving wife Marylou
Who will rush to hug and kiss you.
Rebecca will also greet you there
Such sweet reuniting from the pair.

In the veterans home you did reside
Now in heaven to watch and preside.
We feel your happiness and joy
Almost like when you were a boy.
Happy and healthy in heaven to rest
We can tell you've passed this test.
